Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and personalized tax advice at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, servicing in-person and virtual clients, and growing the local client base through outreach and events. You will collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a complete financial picture for each client and seamless service through Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 1040 personal/state returns using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Onsite TurboTax office presence, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for ads
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings
• Represent TurboTax in local and national marketing efforts
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, primarily 8:00–5:00 local time
• Maintain ongoing client relationships for year-round support
