Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and full-service preparation at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax needs and connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning specialists. You’ll build long-term client relationships and foster local market growth.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning experts.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in person and virtually.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience and ongoing support.
