Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving in-person and virtual clients at TurboTax locations.

You will connect clients with Intuit solutions—bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning—and drive local growth, building lasting relationships and delivering a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
