Intuit Inc. seeks year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on‑site at a TurboTax location, serving in‑person and virtual clients with full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, grow the local client base, and act as the local face of TurboTax while guiding clients through complex tax scenarios and expanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Valid PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 1040s for 30+ clients per season with professional software.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete client returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Present Intuit ecosystem solutions to client needs and expand services.
