Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, delivering tax expertise and personalized service to help customers navigate complex personal and business tax needs.

You will prepare returns, advise on deductions, and coordinate with specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit solutions while building local relationships and contributing to community growth.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum, weekdays.
• Willing to undergo training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; may appear in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, covering simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and drive loyalty through excellent service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit technology and in-person/virtual interactions.
