You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, drive community engagement, and grow a local client base through proactive outreach. Responsibilities include conducting tax reviews, assisting with complex scenarios, and delivering a seamless client experience across in-person and virtual meetings, while maintaining a professional, service-oriented

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
