Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax office. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, assisting with personal and business tax needs and expanding local client relationships.

You will work closely with a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience throughout the tax journey.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals and community partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional communication and problem-solving.
