Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations, serving on-site and virtual clients. You will work with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, with a focus on delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, building long-term relationships, and leveraging marketing tools to drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
