Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, advise clients, and grow a local client base at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end services, combining in-person and virtual support, and to extend Intuit’s ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms; willing to be featured in marketing materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a local growth driver, build a client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Lead local events and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to boost brand awareness.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and via video tools.
