Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts, delivering tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, expanding the local client base and connecting customers to Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Licensed or enrolled to prepare taxes (EA/CPA or attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Onsite availability minimum 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
