Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering full-service tax return preparation in a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work on-site, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with a broader team to create a seamless client experience while growing the local client base through community engagement. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, handling a range of tax scenarios from simple to complex,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required and strong tax knowledge.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location and commit to 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and nurture relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
