Job summary

Intuit is seeking tax professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert network, delivering on-site and virtual tax preparation and advisory services. You’ll guide clients through complex personal and business tax scenarios, leverage Intuit resources, and help grow the local TurboTax presence.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, engage with the community, and advance clients’ financial goals with end-to-end support and trusted guidance.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN requirement to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
• Act as a trusted guide and connect clients to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experiences both on-site and virtually.
