Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local client base and delivering end-to-end service with Intuit specialists.

You’ll engage clients in-person and virtually, grow the local TurboTax footprint, and help clients achieve financial goals through the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, M-F, 8am-5pm.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base, engage community, and leverage marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service.
