Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations, performing full-service tax preparation and client advisory services. You will engage with the local community, drive growth, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

This role requires on-site presence and strong customer relations. The position emphasizes tax expertise, client empowerment, and a local-market focus with opportunities to scale

Qualifications

• EA/CPA license or active tax preparer credentials preferred.
• Minimum three years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, handling personal and business returns and planning.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and local brand awareness.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and virtually.
