Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll work onsite with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients and growing the local TurboTax client base. Responsibilities include tax preparation, advising on complex situations, and connecting clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business; may include additional requirements.
• Must be willing to wear uniforms and allow advertising use of name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; creating tax-related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Bridge clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver year-round support.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and address tax-related inquiries.
