Job summary

The Cytiva Customer Experience Specialist in Marlborough, MA will join our Service Delivery team to ensure outstanding support for internal and external customers. On-site role coordinating dispatches, scheduling repairs, and maintaining clear communication with regional managers, engineers, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or call center environments, proficiency with MS Office, and comfort using Salesforce and Oracle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Call Center.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce & Oracle is a plus; comfortable switching between systems.
• Dispatching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Opening service requests and dispatching/scheduling repairs in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain communication with regional managers, field engineers, service sales, finance and sales teams.
