Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to connect with customers by phone or email, process purchase orders, and address inquiries in a timely, accurate manner. The role is on-site in Marlborough, MA and reports to the Customer Service Manager.

You will handle data entry, order review, and customer problem solving, contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and collaborate with sales and management to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of data entry experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP, Salesforce, and MS Office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow procedural guidelines and interpret inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Act as a focal point for customers via email and phone.
• Enter data quickly and accurately; review purchase orders and sales agreements.
• Respond to customer concerns and inquiries with urgency and accuracy; provide solutions.
• Execute tasks assigned by the manager diligently and on schedule.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
