Cytiva seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to support our Service Delivery team in Marlborough, MA. This onsite role focuses on promptly opening service requests, dispatching field work, and maintaining clear communication across regional teams to ensure swift repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or a call center, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Salesforce & Oracle experience; dispatching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Open service requests and dispatch/schedule corrective repairs or preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Sales and Finance teams.
