Job summary

The Cytiva Customer Experience Specialist in Marlborough, MA will join our Service Delivery team to ensure outstanding support for internal and external customers. On-site role coordinating dispatches, scheduling repairs, and maintaining clear communication with regional managers, engineers, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or call center environments, proficiency with MS Office, and comfort using Salesforce and Oracle.

The Customer Experience Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for working with our expert Service Delivery team of dedicated employees across the Americas. Responsible for dispatching of work to field service through the use of Salesforce. This position reports to the Service Center Manager and is part of the Equipment Service Center located in Marlborough, MA and will be an onsite role.

What you will do:

• Provide excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external.
• Opening of service requests, dispatching & scheduling corrective repairs/preventative maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain effective communication with appropriate individuals throughout the process such as Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Service Sales, Finance and Sales teams

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Proficient in Salesforce & Oracle, and is comfortable switching between the different systems
• Dispatching experience

Compensation and benefits:

• The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $28.00.
• This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
• This range may be modified in the future.
• This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
