Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support specialist for an onsite role in Tomball, TX. The candidate will diagnose and resolve end-user issues, install and support mobile devices and telecommunication services, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Required experience includes Windows desktop OS, Windows Server with Active Directory, TCP/IP, and Google Workspace; familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and printer/ copier hardware is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Windows desktop OS, Windows Server with Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of computer systems for all users.
• Provide mobile hardware support (Apple and Samsung) and telecommunications service.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain telephone systems and printers/scanners/copiers.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and software; assist users with equipment setup.
• Coordinate with software/hardware vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop training materials and train users on hardware/software.
