Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Plano, TX. You will provide walk-in and remote end-user support, manage IMAC tasks, and help stage and build systems.

You should have good communication and troubleshooting skills, solid knowledge of Windows and Office, plus familiarity with iOS/Android devices. The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to asset management policies.

• Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required.
