Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures.
• Performs service, repair and installation of computer products.
• Communicates with customers at all levels of technical ability.

Skills

Desktop and/or Infrastructure support experience

Ability to communicate effectively

Working knowledge of Windows operating systems

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology
