Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Technician II for onsite support in Greenwood, SC. You will serve as the primary local technical resource for end users, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and site infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities include end user support, device deployment, site technology, and on-site smart hands for infrastructure. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ITSM ticketing while ensuring SLA delivery and strong customer service in

Qualifications

3+ years of desktop/end-user support experience.
Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge and Office 365 proficiency.
Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms (ServiceNow).
Basic TCP/IP networking and device support skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and scanners.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and peripherals; provide VIP support as needed.
Image, deploy, and lifecycle manage devices; maintain asset records.
Support site technology, conferences rooms, and collaboration tools.
Manage incidents and requests in ServiceNow; meet SLAs.
