Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Corona, CA to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal efforts for a 354-unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

On-site experience and strong customer service are essential. The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience and on-site software familiarity; schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 9am–6pm with potential changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience required.
• Onsite/property management software experience (OneSite) is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to coordinate leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate lease renewals and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect show units and maintain showroom quality daily.
• Support marketing plans to drive traffic and referrals and track data in the CRM.
