Job summary

Greystar in Newport Beach is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate leasing activities for a large community, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases. Qualifications

• Experience handling large community and sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures move-in readiness.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.
