You will work with on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) and support renewal initiatives while ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Lease-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in package; ensure smooth move-in and signings.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
