Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 278-unit community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare lease packages while ensuring move-in readiness and resident satisfaction.

With 1–2 years of leasing experience and CRM familiarity, you will implement short- and long-term plans to sustain occupancy, manage traffic, and support lease renewals at the property.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience required.
• CRM platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screening, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Utilize on-site property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to ensure satisfaction and timely lease renewals.
