Greystar in San Diego, CA seeks a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a 192-unit community. The role requires 1-2 years of leasing experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work a Tue-Sat schedule in a walkable, on-site office.

You will greet prospects, process applications, perform credit checks, schedule tours, and support lease renewals while maintaining show units and marketing materials to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior leasing experience required.
• Performs sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct leasing tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
