Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for our Los Angeles community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective leasing, tours, and application processing.

The position requires 1-2 years of leasing experience, strong customer service skills and ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. On-site housing discounts and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Prior leasing, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour the property, process applications and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Implement marketing plans to boost occupancy and drive traffic.
• Maintain show unit quality; coordinate with maintenance and show units.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease or renewal.
• Support lease renewal by sending renewal letters and preparing packages.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and convey requests to the right team.
