Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 287-unit garden community, overseeing tours, applications, and lease signings. The role requires active engagement in pricing, concessions, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You will work Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, using OneSite/Yardi, and participate in bonus programs depending on performance. Onsite housing discounts and robust benefits are offered.

Formación

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilidades

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate maintenance items as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
