Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours; process applications; perform credit and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Schedule and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic; implement referral and employer outreach programs.
• Track vacancies, leasing activities, and resident data using property management software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
