Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 331-unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, and prepare lease packages for move-ins. You’ll ensure show units meet standards and support renewal efforts.

The role requires on-site work with strong communication, sales, and marketing skills, plus the ability to manage data in OneSite/Yardi and coordinate with maintenance and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and resident relations.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities including tours, applications, credit and background checks, and lease signings.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns using online tools and employer outreach to drive traffic to the community.
• Track availability and leasing data using property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
