Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across a 296-unit garden community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, screen applicants, and prepare lease packages for move-in.

The role requires strong customer service, market awareness, and flexible hours including weekends. The position offers a structured schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with rotating weekends, plus comprehensive benefits and on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Knowledge of screening and lease signing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure smooth leasing sign-off.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate with maintenance.
