Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and optimize revenue for a multifamily community. You will conduct tours, process applications, coordinate renewals, and execute marketing programs to attract residents and maintain high occupancy.

The role requires on-site presence and strong collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams. You will manage show units, use OneSite/Yardi, monitor market conditions, and contribute to weekly/monthly bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute lease renewal communications and processes to ensure timely renewals.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic and leasing activity.
