Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction from move‑in through renewal.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare leases; you will implement marketing plans, use OneSite or Yardi, and maintain show units to high standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate tours, applications, credit screening, and move‑in packages.
• Develop short- and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow policies on concessions, specials, and programs to boost occupancy.
• Maintain show units to company standards and ensure readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance for move‑in readiness.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, referrals, and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track traffic and prospect data, demographics.
