Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a proactive Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at the community level. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, implementing marketing plans, and using OneSite/Yardi to manage data.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, show properties, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare leases and move‑in packages; ensure smooth move‑in and signing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to drive renewals and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and background checks.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the property.
• Utilize on‑site software to track availability, activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and renew residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages and coordinating with renewing residents.
