Greystar is a global real estate platform seeking a Leasing Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, ensure move-in readiness, and implement marketing plans across channels.

You will use OneSite/Yardi and manage show units to reflect Greystar standards. This role requires ability to work with residents and teams across properties, with competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
• Experience in leasing or property marketing preferred.
• Ability to coordinate marketing, tours, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Schedule move-ins and ensure apartments are ready.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create traffic through online and referral programs.
• Use property management software to track availability and data.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and engage renewing residents.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly.
