Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in process.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, tracking availability in OneSite/Yardi, and driving occupancy through effective marketing and referral programs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and client-relations skills.
• Ability to coordinate marketing plans and programs to drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, background checks, and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate needed maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
