Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across communities to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and ensure a seamless move-in process.

Use OneSite/Yardi to track data and drive ongoing resident satisfaction and lease renewals. The role includes designing marketing plans, leveraging online and referral programs, and maintaining show-ready units.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Comfort with conducting community tours and processing applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit screenings and background checks.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewal readiness.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
