Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across a multi-family community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings.

You will inspect units, monitor market conditions, and implement plans to sustain occupancy while using OneSite or Yardi to manage data. A strong customer service mindset and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of leasing processes and move-in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal.
• Support lease renewal communications and documentation.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and document requests.
