Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing professional to coordinate the community's leasing, marketing and renewal strategies. You will drive tours, screening, applications, and lease signings while ensuring resident satisfaction and renewal rates.

You will implement marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi, and maintain show-ready units. This role requires strong customer service, organization, and knowledge of occupancy goals.

Formación

• Experience in leasing and resident communications.
• Ability to conduct tours, screen applicants, and prepare leases.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and incentive programs.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect vacants and coordinate move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to boost occupancy and retention.
• Support lease renewal activities and paperwork.
