Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Leasing Coordinator to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies on-site. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare leases for move-in.

The role requires driving on-property tasks, coordinating with maintenance, and actively promoting occupancy through targeted campaigns. You will utilize OneSite/Yardi for data tracking, drive show unit quality, and engage in renewal activities to maximize

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewals.
