Greystar is seeking a leasing and marketing coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue at our Texas communities. You will manage tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings while coordinating renewal activity to retain residents.

You will use on-site software like OneSite or Yardi to track traffic, leasing activity, and resident data, ensuring show-ready units and smooth move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal strategies.
• Ability to screen applicants and prepare lease documents.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software like OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and marketing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Inspect units for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes and communicate renewal letters and packages.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and document requests.
