The role includes marketing activities, online traffic generation, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. On-site position requiring coordination with maintenance, using OneSite/Yardi, and supporting renewal campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-in and renewal processes.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities and manage online traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
