South Oxford Management LLC seeks a Leasing Professional to be the community’s first impression, coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, follow up with leads, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

On-site five days a week with a professional appearance, you will work with maintenance and onsite staff, manage move-ins/move-outs, and maintain records while staying current on market trends to drive

Competenze

• Must be able to work on-site five days a week; this role is not remote or hybrid eligible.
• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing amenities and model homes to prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff, residents, and maintenance teams.
• Assist with resident retention by providing ongoing customer service post-move-in.
• Maintain property waiting lists and records in accordance with policy and HUD regulations.
