Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will conduct tours, follow up with leads, and manage move-ins/move-outs while building lasting resident relationships.

This on-site role requires 1+ year in property management or customer service, a high school diploma, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing residents’ needs and highlighting community benefits.
• Ensure safety by addressing unsafe conditions in apartments, tour paths, and common areas.
• Build lasting relationships to promote better living and tenant retention.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff, residents, and maintenance.
• Provide ongoing customer service to residents post-move-in.
• Maintain waiting lists and reports in line with policy and HUD/Agency rules.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports; stay aware of market and competitors.
• Process work orders and assist with day-to-day operations.
