Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to shape the community’s first impression. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals, and handle leasing activities for new residents through move-ins.

On-site role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to tour residents, address concerns, and collaborate with maintenance and onsite staff to keep the community inviting and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Perform leasing duties for new residents and secure lease renewals.
• On-site tours showing amenities and model homes to prospective residents.
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff and maintenance.
• Maintain waiting list and reports per policy and HUD/Agency regulations.
