Job summary

South Oxford Management is a leading property management company seeking a Leasing Professional to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal efforts across our communities. You will coordinate tours, follow up with leads, and work closely with onsite teams to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This on-site role requires a sharp professional appearance, weekend availability, and the ability to walk the properties, including stairs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new leads via text, email and phone.
• Engage prospects in on-site leasing conversations.
• Provide tours of the community and model homes, highlighting benefits.
• Address safety concerns during tours and in common areas.
• Build relationships to enhance resident experience and retention.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff and maintenance.
• Support resident retention with ongoing customer service.
• Maintain waiting lists and records per policy and HUD regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and stay informed on market trends.
• Handle work orders and assist with day-to-day property operations.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
