Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Leasing Professional for our Orlando community. You will drive marketing, leasing and renewals to hit occupancy and revenue goals, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

On-site, you'll conduct tours, follow up with leads, coordinate move-ins/outs, and partner with maintenance and staff to keep the community inviting and well-maintained. You should be customer-focused with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• One or more years in property management, sales, or customer service.
• On-site role five days a week.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to walk the property and climb stairs.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing prospects around amenities and model homes.
• Think safety first and address hazards in apartments and common areas.
• Build relationships to help residents experience better living.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff and residents.
• Assist with resident retention via ongoing customer service.
• Maintain waiting lists and reports per policy and HUD/agency regulations.
• Take pride in the community, address concerns, and report service needs.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the market and competitive set.
• Process work orders, package collection, and day-to-day operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
