South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities at a Florida community. You will manage tours, follow-ups, and resident interactions to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in property management or customer service, with strong communication and a professional appearance. This full-time on-site role requires weekend availability and physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• On-site work required, five days a week.
• 1+ year experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Act as on-site tour guide for prospective residents and show community amenities.
• Address safety and cleanliness during tours and in common areas.
• Build relationships to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs with staff and residents.
